Here are the tips to successfully rip your DVDs:
| • | Before you run Easy DVD Ripper & Converter, please UNINSTALL any DVD decrypting programs (e.g. DVD43, AnyDVD, DVDIdle, DVD Region+CSS Free) from your computer if you installed them, then reboot your computer. Those programs can affect the operation of Easy DVD Ripper & Converter. |

| • | Ensure the DVD you wish to convert is clean (no finger prints) and not scratched. |
| • | Ensure you have sufficient hard-disk space. |
| • | If you are using external USB DVD drive, please make sure it is connected to the computer directly without using USB hub. |

Note: For AVI output, you must have 3-rd party Video and Audio codecs installed.
