Here are the tips to successfully convert your movies:
| • | If you want to convert a DVD, before you run Easy Video Convert, please UNINSTALL any DVD decrypting programs (e.g. DVD43, AnyDVD, DVDIdle, DVD Region+CSS Free) from your computer if you installed them, then reboot your computer. Those programs can affect the operation of Easy Video Convert. |

| • | You may need to download and install the following free codec pack software(s) if you want to convert the associated video formats: |

| > | Windows Media codec pack for WMV/WM formats: Version 9 (for Windows 98/Me/2000/XP) |
